In the 60’s and 70’s an intercontinental flight on board of a Pan Am airliner was a unique experience - especially in a time when air travel was an event and people dressed up for the occasion.
Flight attendants were still called stewardesses and the airplane’s captain would once in a while spend some time in the back of the plane - meet and greet the passengers and chat with them.
The seats in “tourist class” offered about the same comfort as they do today in first or business class. The food and on board service was over the top.
Impress your guests with the authentic Pan Am airline galley cart and make them feel like they are treated like passengers at that time.
